Goldenrod Tincture

goldenrodGoldenrod gets a bad rap as an allergen but if you see the number and variety of insects that feed on it in the Fall, you would have to wonder why.  I did wonder so I researched and found that goldenrod has been used traditionally for kidney and bladder ailments and for asthma and fungal overgrowth.  I bought some tincture and tried it.  What I noticed most, and immediately, was that a few drop on the tongue increased my breathing ability.  I don’t know if this is part of it but I used to have frequent kidney problems but have had none since using the goldenrod tincture.
