cholineCholine and inositol are related to B vitamins and your body can manufacture these nutrients.  Without the proper nutritional components, however, you can become low and supplementation may be necessary.  Choline is an essential component for processing fats and transporting them out of the liver.  Without choline, you can develop a fatty,  poor functioning liver.  Inositol is necessary for the proper action of several brain neurotransmitters.  This combination of supplements has proven very effective for depression, anxiety and panic attacks.  It is also useful for diabetic neuropathy where the nerve ends get frayed and numbness occurs, especially in hands and feet.  It may also be effective for other types neuropathy such as that caused by chemotherapy.
