b2B2 – Riboflavin forms two essential coenzymes which together are responsible for converting protein, fat and sugar into substances the body can use.  It is essential for healthy skin and hair.  Food sources are milk, liver, kidney, cheese, fish and eggs (vegetarians may want to supplement this vitamin.)  Brewers yeast, almonds and cooked leafy greens are also a source.
