kidney-bladderBladder Control – or lack of it, where you wet your pants or dribble some urine when you cough or sneeze.   Women who’ve had a hysterectomy will eventually loose control of the bladder and have frequent accidents with wetting.  We found out this connection thanks to one of our own employees, Sheila. Sheila searched until she found an answer that helped her and many of our customers.  She takes Marshmallow Root Caps and B6 every day and no longer has a problem with a leaky bladder.  We’ve also found that any kind of urinary tract infection will cause wetting, especially when sneezing or coughing.  The bladder doesn’t want to hold the infectious urine.  If this is your problem, read “Kidney or Bladder Infection.”  How to tell if it’s an infection?  Cloudy urine, dark urine, strong urine odor are some of the signs.
