Ear Ringing – Tinnitus

| March 6, 2013

tinnitus What an annoying accompaniment to your life, carrying around the extra noise.  I experienced ear ringing when I was fighting a major infection in my teeth and my ears were constantly building up ear wax.  The wax would get in certain positions and I would get a buzzing sound.  Wax can build up in your ears for other reasons, too.  Years of “cleaning” with cotton swabs actually only pokes wax deeper and deeper into your ears.   If you have ear ringing (tinnitus), try using ear candles, an ancient remedy for removing old or new wax.  You’ll need to use them more than once but I believe you will get relief and maybe even an end to ear ringing.  Ginkgo caps are also useful as this herb improves circulation to your head, aiding in the cleansing process.
