Bee balm (aka Monarda or Oswego tea) is a lovely relative in the mint family and thus the leaves and flowers make a good tasting herbal tea.  This tea (thus the name Oswego tea) has been used for centuries for all kinds of digestive problems; it improves digestion, eases gas, relieves colic, and can reduce nausea and vomiting.  This is a  perennial flowering plant and is a lovely addition to your garden.  The leaves and flowers can be dried and stored for later use as a tea.
